Standout guard Brandon Roberson of Missouri Baptist University was selected the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Player of the Week for his stellar play between Feb. 8-14.

The 5'10" senior guard from Texas averaged 26.5 points, four rebounds,
four assists while shooting a sizzling 71 percent from the field in two
MoBap victories last week.

Roberson scored 30 points to lead the Spartans to an 81-78 upset victory
over nationally-ranked McKendree on Feb. 13. The victory stopped
McKendree's 27-game winning streak in America Midwest Conference play.
Roberson hit 11 of 12 from the field, including all five of his 3-point
attempts. He also added five rebounds and four assists.

Roberson also scored 23 points in lead Missouri Baptist to an 82-80
victory at Harris Stowe on Feb. 11. He also added four rebounds and
three assists in the big road victory.

For the season, Roberson is averaging 20 points a game, which ranks 12th
nationally among NAIA schools.
