St. Louisans David Lee and Larry Hughes join Gateway Classic Sports Foundation to present tournament

The St. Louis Gateway Classic Sports Foundation has joined forces with local NBA players David Lee and Larry Hughes to present the D. Lee & Larry Hughes Basketball Slam Jam.

  The tournament will be held from May 14-16 at various sites around the St. Louis area. It features boys teams from grades 3-8 and a high school division for boys in the 15, 16 and 17-and-under age division. There will also be a division for girls teams in the tournament

  Each age group will have a platinum division and a gold division with trophies to be award to the first and second-place teams. The registration fee for the tournament is $350 for the 3rd-8th grade division (which includes a T-Shirt for each player) or $250 (without a T-Shirt). The fee for the high school division is $375 (which includes a T-Shirt).
