Sophomore Claire Schaeperkoetter led the Bears with 16 points off the bench.
Janice Evans and Zoe Unruh added 13 points each while Jaimie McFarlin had eight
points and 11 rebounds.
Washington University will face Amherst (31-0) in one national semifinal on
Friday at 5 p.m. The other semifinal will feature Hope College vs. the
University of Rochester at 7 p.m. Washington U. defeated Amherst in the national
semifinals last season.
Washington University is making its ninth appearance in the Final Four of the
Division III Tournament under the guidance of head coach Nancy Fahey. The Bears
have won four national championships.
