STL Eagles 17U take second place at Nike Peach Jam

Team Takeover of Washington D.C. defeated the St. Louis Eagles 70-62 in the championship game of the Elite Youth Basketball League at the Nike Peach Jam in North Augusta, S.C. on Thursday.

 The Eagles finished the tournament with a 7-2 record to conclude its first season in the Nike EYBL with an 18-4 record. Team Takeover also finished with an 18-4 record in EYBL play. Chaminade's Bradley Beal led the Eagles with 25 points. Roosevelt Jones of O'Fallon had 13 points and eight rebounds.

 Congratulations to head coach Dale Turner and the St. Louis Eagles on a terrific showing in the prestigious national tournament.
