Cameron Biedscheid moves up to No. 26 in latest ESPNU Super 60 rankings
Cardinal Ritter College Prep junior standot Cameron Biedscheid was rewarded after an excellent summer by achieving a No. 26 ranking in the latest ESPNU Super 60 rankings for players in the Class of 2012. The 6'7" swingman played for the St. Louis Eagles 16U team over the summer.
After helping lead Ritter to the Class 3 state title as a sophomore, Biedscheid started to make a name for himself nationally with several sparkling performances during the spring and summer. He was named to the All-Tournament Teams at the Jayhawk Invitational and the Howard Pulley Sabes Classic. He was also selected to play in the Nike Hoops Jamboree, which featured 100 of the nation's top underclassmen. The camp was held at Saint Louis University.
The slender, yet silky-smooth Biedscheid is a classic jump shooter who moves well without the ball ala, Reggie Miller, but he can also get to the basket for the mid-range jumper or elevate to the rim for the slam dunk.
Congrats to Cameron Biedscheid. Another player from the STL who is being recognized nationally for getting it done. The hits just keep on coming in St. Louis.
