Coaches vs. Cancer® Shootout is moving to Scottrade Center on January 26, 2011
The American Cancer Society today is announcing that the 3rd annual Coaches vs. Cancer Shootout, that is set for January 26, 2012, will be moving to Scottrade Center in Downtown St. Louis.
North Tech to host MLK Girls Showcase on Jan. 14-16
For the second consecutive year, the St. Louis MLK Girls Basketball Showcase will feature several of the top teams from the St. Louis area and around the country. The three-day event features teams from Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee and Florida. The 13-game showcase will be held from Saturday, Jan. 14 to Monday, Jan. 16. ...Holiday hoops provide plenty of excitement

For the second consecutive year, McCluer North became the first team from outside the state of Illinois to win a big Christmas Tournament in Illinois. The Stars defeated host Collinsville 45-44 to win the Schnucks Collinsville Tournament on Friday night.
